General Cleaning

Description:

General Cleaning is the basic for the proper maintenances of your air conditioning.

Scope of Work:

Cleaning of indoor internal filter and cover
Cleaning of indoor unit evaporator coils
Cleaning of aircon drainage system
Cleaning of blower wheel and blade (Blower will be dismantle down to wash when necessary)
Checking of AMP of the condenser
Checking of systems operating pressures and temperature
Checking of refrigerant gas level
Testing and ensure aircon is properly operated

General Chemical Cleaning OR Steam Clean

Description:

-Cleaning of Air Conditioning by using General Chemical which can help to remove dirt effectively.

–Cleaning of air conditioning by using steam clean machine which generate from high temperate steam, it is effective in killing of harmful bacterial hidden between the coil.

Overhaul Cleaning known as Alkaline Chemical Wash. It serves as a complete cleaning for your air conditioning. Cleaning will be done with Alkaline based chemical for individual components and parts, This will not leave any chemical behind the cooling coil which may lead to corrosion of the coils.

Scope of Work:

Dismantle the whole fan coil unit and Dismantle the fan coil unit to individual part:

Indoor internal filter and cover
Fan blower and blade
Evaporator coil
Internal aircon drainage system and the body of fan coil
